Flatshare Description

Note: Viewings are to be scheduled the week of 21 May.

A large, very bright loft bedroom with own en suite and skyline views is soon available.

You will have exclusive, private use of this top floor, which is wonderfully light, quiet and spacious; and share the kitchen, large dining / living room with 3 flatmates downstairs.

The bed is a super king size and incredibly comfortable. Your bathroom has a bathtub / shower*, toilet and basin (*but is admittedly not ideal for very tall people due to the roofline)

Idyllic location between Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath; on a quiet street of Belsize Park with excellent transport links to Jubilee, Metropolitan, Northern lines & the Overground.

It is near to Belsize Village with quaint local cafes, delis and grocers, and Waitrose / Marks & Spencer / Sainsburys supermarkets, shops and cinemas nearby.

You will be sharing with 3 others in the flat - 1 guy, 1 girl + 1 other new flatmate TBC - who are professional freelancers (film / documentaries), English & European, who have varied work hours.

Everyone is quite busy and independent, and therefore it is a pretty quiet, calm and chilled flat - and if schedules synchronise they catch-up over a meal, cooking or in A's case, football.

There are the usual domestic amenities - dishwasher, microwave, washing machine (no dryer), fridge / freezer, TV / licence, Wifi, central heating, etc. Whilst there is a weekly cleaner for shared spaces - cleanliness is really important.
