Flatshare Description

I'm looking for a new housemate in my Bethnal Green shared house around the end of December/early January. The terrace house has four bedrooms in total, a lounge, a large kitchen, a large bathroom, and an L shaped back yard/garden with a barbecue. Situated on Old Ford Road, it is a two minute walk from beautiful Victoria Park and only a short walk to Bethnal Green tube on the Central Line (13 mins from there to Oxford Circus). The location is great, with Colombia Road flower market, Hackney, Tower Hamlets Nature Reserve and Shoreditch only a short walk away. There are also loads of cheap gyms around the area (the boxing gyms are great), a Yoga Nest and York Leisure Centre about five min down the bottom of Old Ford Road. There is also two little Sainsburys and Tesco Expresses, and a big Tesco supermarket on Old Bethnal Green Road. There are buses to Oxford Street, all over East London and South London (55, 8, 48, 254 to name a few).

The room is a double, with a super comfy bed. There will be four people in the house in total, with two housemates staying and one new house mate is taking one of the other rooms. The two people staying on are both British, in their twenties and early thirties (one male, two females). One works in web design, one in HR and one is studying for their PhD and working. They are all super friendly and easy to live with. The house is friendly, comfortable, clean and tidy, and although we do all have our own lives that take up our time, we do like to catch up and share a glass of wine whenever possible. We work hard in the week and enjoy the weekends, that sort of thing. We all enjoy watching a film or going to Victoria Park together (especially in the summer).

The rent is 570 a month, plus 45 every month for all bills, including internet, council tax etc. There is also a name change fee of 120 + VAT that is to be paid to the agent both on moving in and also again on moving out, and a deposit of 600. The lease is a rolling contract. I was hoping to move to my new place any time after the 28th December, but I'll be paid up until the 5th January so you could move in anytime time between.
