The house is a modern house in a private development close to several Bus and Tube stations (Bow Road, Mile End) and DLR (Bow Church) It is a 4 bed terrace house with SW facing garden. We have big windows that makes it a bright house. There are 2 bathrooms and a toilet. All the common areas are in the ground floor ( kitchen, living/dinning room, toilet and garden)

The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and induction hob. and there is already 3 people living in the house.

Apart from broadband we have Talk Talk where you can phone to Europe fix lines for free. The ONLY utility bill that you need to pay is the electricity with is around 50gbp/pcm

We are looking for an open mind and respectful person ideally a professional. There is a cleaning rota for the house, so are free to choose wether you like to clean the house yourself or have a cleaner come to the house. Also we have a policy of "Clean after yourself"

No smoking inside the house and no pets.
