Hello,

I will be going travelling from 19th December to 30th March and I need someone to sublet my lovely room in Clapton.

1800 for the entire period bills included. (Broadband, Council Tax, Cleaner, utilities)

The House

Lovely Victorian terraced home on a quiet street with the River Lea and Millfield Park at the end of it, very little through traffic.

The house has central heating and is veryyyyyy cosy in the winter.

We have a bath

Kitchen has a dishwasher

We have a garden

We have a great local - The Crooked Billet.

The room

Large and South facing so it gets the limited winter sun on offer. will remove all my personal belongings but leave the furniture.

Male late 30s working in social child care

Male Early 30s works in Internation Development

Couple early 30s bike independent bike shop owners

All house mates get along and we keep to ourselves/enjoy a drink together.

more than welcome to come have a look before you commit.

As this is a sub let I will require that half the rent is paid in advance. therefore upon agreement of moving in 1000 will have to be paid into one of the housemates accounts (the rent payer). This person will be living at the house and paying the rent with your initial payment.
