Flatshare Description

Double room available in a lovely Victorian houseshare in delightful De Beauvoir Town.

The room overlooks the garden, is on the middle floor of the house and is available from mid March. The move-in date is flexible upto end of March. It comes unfurnished except for the wardrobe and picture rails.

The house is across 3 floors. It has four bedrooms and a lovely large open plan living / dining room with all the things you'd expect - a decent kitchen with everything you need, plus a separate utility room with washer/dryer, dishwasher and space to dry clothes. We have a shared bath/shower room between 3 people plus a separate toilet. One of the rooms has an ensuite (not the one available).

A luxury is a fantastic 50ft garden out the back which is great in the summer, with the added advantage that it can be accessed through a side gate so bikes can be brought round and stored securely.

At the moment we have 3 lovely girls in the house. We are very friendly but also fairly busy. The house is tidy and always clean. It's definitely a place we all call home. We all work in creative industries, are easy going and independent. Were interested in all the usual stuff. Were not into football. We don't smoke.

De Beauvoir is a conservation area so its very pretty and well maintained, there are some really good pubs, restaurants and a deli nearby. It is very well connected by many buses out on Essex Road / Kingsland Road - and the Overground (Dalston and Haggerston stations are equal distance away almost exactly 10 mins).

One of us is buying a house so we are looking for a lovely new housemate - male or female. We are looking for someone as friendly, tidy, professional and respectful of others as us. We are all very busy and tend to be out quite a bit so the room would suit someone similar - happy to share a cup of tea but equally quite busy themselves.

The flat is available from mid / end March - the house in date is flexible - with an ongoing contract from a reliable landlord. We will be holding viewings on Thursday 22 February and Monday 26 February.

We are looking for a considerate, reliable and responsible housemate who is also professional who works fairly regular hours and wants to make this their home for at least a year if not longer. Please email with a little about yourself if youre interested.
