Flatshare Description

We are two 28 year old professionals looking for an additional flatmate from the second week of November.

The property is in a modern building within 3min walk from Finsbury Park and Finsbury station! It has a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony that could suit bbq needs!

The room is bright and include a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. You'll only be sharing a bathroom with Miglena

About the less nice things: there are approx. 60 bills/month and 210 of admin fees (looking forward to 2018, as they should be given to the landlord from then onwards!).

We're looking for someone who sees the flat as a home rather than a place to stay, where we can have the occasional drinks / dinners with the other flatmates. We both have been living in flatshares across the world for the last 8 years and we have been loving it!

I am Tunisian, working in consulting and Miglena is a lawyer, both in central London.
