Flatshare Description

I'm renting this cool and elegant room in my three-bedroom flat in Sands End, Fulham. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, lovely vintage desk, chest of drawers and very ample built in storage space. It's a lovely quiet room overlooking the back yard.

This is a quirky and cool split-level flat with bedrooms on different levels, a shared bathroom and a warm eat-in basement kitchen with large retro fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. You will also have access to a handy storage/drying room.

I'm a part-time mature student (studying the history of France and Algeria) and a part-time delivery rider. I'm usually out more than I'm in, but ideally I'm looking for people who will feel at home here and not like they're living in some anonymous hostel. You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with myself and one other flatmate, a friendly guy from Finland.

The flat is in a Victorian terraced road just off Wandsworth Bridge Road. Sands End is a nice quiet part of Fulham, with great green spaces like South Park a few minutes away and Eel Brook Common a ten minute walk up to New Kings Road. There are loads of great restaurants and cafes just a stroll away, including the great Sands End gastro pub just along our street. There's a giant Sainsbury's just round the corner and a very handy 24 hour corner shop about 30 seconds away.

There are good transport links nearby at Imperial Wharf (20 minutes to Waterloo or Victoria) or for the tube Fulham Broadway or Parsons Green are both about a twenty minute walk away, and there are great bus links on Wandsworth Bridge Road. There's also a Santander cycle docking station ten seconds from the flat. There's not a massive amount of space in the flat for bikes so I leave mine locked outside, but if you prefer to store your bike in your room that's fine by me.

Rent for this room is 720pcm which includes *everything*

- electricity

- gas

- water

- council tax

- BT Infinity broadband

- TV licence

- Netflix for one device if I can figure out how to give you access which I totally can.

Deposit is 400 and if you can provide a reference from work/previous landlord that would be great.
