Flatshare Description

We are looking for a female or male housemate to join us in a large four storey Georgian house near Well St Common and Victoria Park.

In the house already are two female and two male housemates of varying professions. We like to keep communal areas tidy, and a balance of quiet evenings in as well as a few too many at the weekend.....

As mentioned the house is old with lots of character, a massively long garden, a large basement kitchen with dining table and a cosy sitting room. The bedroom is a moderate double on the top floor with lots of character (wooden floors, fireplace etc).

Rent including all bills except water is around 686 a month, so expect to pay just a little more than that. We also have a cleaner every other week which works out at 25/month each. Its well worth it; she is fabulous and keeps the house lovely.
