Flatshare Description

From June 13th we have a large fully furnished double room available in our house share in Herne Hill/Camberwell. Closest station is Loughborough Jct for Thameslink. Short bus ride into Brixton or Camberwell.

Bills come to about 60/month. The rent is as stated 700.

I am a female researcher at King's College London just about to complete my PhD in Geography. The other flatmates are a German researcher working at UCL and a marketing manager who has just moved from his native Wales to London.

The house has a large living room and a lot of storage space in the study. We have garden in the back, and are just opposite Ruskin park, which is good for a run and has beautiful views over London.

We are looking for a flatmate (either professional or postgraduate student) who is in search for a quiet place to call home, and who wants to stay for a while. We like our privacy, but also share conversations over food and drinks.
