Flatshare DescriptionPlease note this property is suitable for people aged 35 and over.
This is an unfurnished let however the property has most things you would need.
We have one room available from now and 2 others from 2nd of May. It is a milestone for the house. It has been a big increase in the cost of the house (the price you see it is the new price). Therefore it is being a big shock for everybody. One flatmate is moving with his boyfriend, another wants to have her own garden and look for it (she was gardening beautiful plants in our terrace) and other flatmate has decide that it is time to look for a new place.
Room 1-This is a gorgeous room at the top of a large Victorian house, with views outside of the big windows stretching out to Alexandra Palace. It comes furnished with a very comfortable bed, a desk, lots of shelves and built-in cupboards from floor to ceiling. (680). Available now.
Room 2- 650. Available on the 2nd May.
Room 3-790 (own shower and sink). Available on the 2nd May.
The house is well proportioned. Both the kitchen and living room are large and have huge windows, letting in a lot of light and views of gardens at the back. The living room is very cosy. There is a bathroom to share between 3 flat mates and an additional separate toilet. There is a south facing balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun. Attic for storage.
The other flat mates are friendly and all have busy lives but enjoy a chat together. It's a peaceful home..
The live out landlord is easy going and has recently invested in some redecoration: some of the carpets and floors have just been redone. A lettings agency deals with everything.
Bills are on top and come to about 110 and include gas, water, electricity, TV license, broadband, council tax and a cleaner.
The house is on a tree-lined, residential street, in a conservation area.
The area and transport links are fantastic: 5 min from Arsenal station on the Piccadilly line, 15 minutes from Highbury and Islington and Upper street, 10 minutes from Finsbury Park, and 5-10 min from Clissold Park and Church Street. There are 3 parks all about 10 minutes walk away, loads of restaurants, different gyms, a post office, shops and everything you might need very close by. It's one of the best areas to live in in London by far.
This is a very good deal considering the area.
Please note the minimum age is 35.
Move in date March or as soon as you can, the lease will be renewed for the beginning of May
