Flatshare DescriptionUnique and very large (22' x 13.0') dbl bedroom with period features (solid wood floor, fireplace) in loft conversion. Lots of natural light with windows facing both north and south. Its pretty lush.
Our flat is a split level in a period conversion house with a access to the huge shared garden (50' x 40'). The room advertised was previously used as living room and is a whooping 286 sq ft. Its currently furnished with a dbl sofa, coffee table, a three seater futon sofa and a dbl bed, so its like a living room and bedroom. Added bonus of newly renovated bathroom and spanking new Zanussi oven in the kitchen.
Our flat doesn't have a cat, but the downstairs neighbour has two, and if you're really lucky the sociable one is roaming the hallway looking for a quick tummy rub.
Currently we are two female professionals working in theatre and photography. We are very sociable and chatty but have very independent lives and do our own things mostly. There's no shared living room so we chat and catch up in the kitchen and sometimes go to the local pub or dancing.
The general area is vibrant and caters to all sorts, which is why I love it. Within a 10 minute walk from eachother there are four different supermarket chains, independent shops, a market, chain coffee shop, independent coffee shops ... bars, restaurants. Lots of stuff.
I'm gonna list the awesome transport links because I'm into that sorta thing!! 7 min walk to either Holloway Rd or Caledonian Rd tube stations, and very short bus ride (10 mins) to either Highbury & Islington, Camden, Finsbury Park, Kings Cross. Which basically means you can get to anywhere in London pretty easily.
All bills included. We are with Virgin Media on the Vivid100 optical fibre bundle. We do a fair amount of streaming and uploading and it works a treat.
All nationalities, religions, eating types etc welcome.
