Dear new flatmate: we are looking for a new tenant (female) between 27 and 45 years old, professional and working already. We have different timetables so we rarely need to use the bathroom at the same time. We also have two toilets.

The kitchen has a large dining area where we cook and chat sometimes.

The patio is great in the summer for chilling out and having a sunbathe.

Our house is facing Mabley Green, 8 minutes walk to Hackney Wick, 5 mins to Homerton overground; also Victoria Park nearby.

Good bus connections 3-8 minutes from home. Plenty of Off-licences, Tesco and Asda are the nearest big supermarkets and the house is the perfect place to sleep and rest, so quiet at night

The house is also located near the vibrant Chatsworth Road with its lovely Sunday Market.

5 minutes walk to the Adam and Eve, one of the best pubs in London.
