Hi there,

We are moving out of our massive double bedroom which takes up the entire top floor of our three bedroom (3 story) house with a big well-kept backyard.

The house has a front dining room, large modern kitchen, lounge room and even a laundry. The backyard has a patio area with garden furniture and a well-kept garden area too. There is a main bathroom on the second floor and a second toilet on the first floor. Plenty of extra storage area - with heaps of cupboard space, etc.

The room is well furnished with a double bed, bed-side table, set of draws and a wardrobe. Lots of big windows which let in plenty of natural light.

You will be living with two working professional males who are clean, tidy and always up for a bit of banter.

House is in walking distance to multiple train stations as well as bus stops and tube. Also within a few minutes to the High Street and a 10 minute walk to Crouch End, Muswell Hill and right next to Alexandra Palace Gardens.
