Our flatmate is moving to live with his partner, we are looking for a person to take his room and share this spacious duplex top floor flat in Burrels wharf (E14 3TJ)

The flat is furnished to very high spec, dishwasher, washing machine, leather sofa... The rent has already included the gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, 24/7 concierge and gas.

It is conveniently located, with direct links to canary wharf and the city and night buses. There are two large super-stores nearby: Asda and Waitrose, you can find almost all high street shops in Canary wharf. Mudchute park is only 10 minutes walk away and river path in 2 minutes.
