The flat is literally 5' walking from Archway tube station (Northern Line, zone 2) and 15' walking from Upper Holloway overground. Transportation is very convenient with tube, buses, overground.

It is a bright, quiet double room, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table. A window provides natural light and view to the garden.

Our spacious, ground floor flat is on a quiet residential road with living room which includes dining area, a small but fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom/wc and a second wc. The flat also has a basement which we use it as laundry and storage room. House has its own private garden where you can enjoy your tea, coffee or a bbq.

The rent is 550 per month.

No bills included which is 100 to 150 per month (council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence, internet, land line with free uk landline calls over the weekend, water, vacuum cleaner, home necessities).

You will flatshare with two female professionals and a tiny dog so you need to be dog friendly.
