Flatshare Description

We have two rooms coming available (July 25th) in a great house in Lower Clapton.

The House:

The house has been a great place to live for the last few years being passed on through friends of friends or great new people entering; always good vibes and a really nice space to be in. Its a fairly new build warm, well looked after, full kitchen, furnished, ground floor patio, 360 roof terrace, and for all of this and the area the rent is a bargain! Everything you need is a stones throw away buses to the far corners of London, Overgrounds (Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Homerton and all within 5 10 min walk), and some of the best pubs, parks and hangout places of Hackney, London Fields, Broadway Market and Chatsworth Road. Our two flatmates are leaving because theyve been poached by home friends (a couple) for a place around the corner so unfortunately its time to find some similar minded characters to fill their places.

The Rooms:

There are two rooms available both with beds provided, and have large south facing windows:

Room1_3mx3m on First Floor: 650 pm plus bills (deposit 680)

Room2_2.3mx3 on Second Floor: 620 pm plus bills (deposit 620)

The whole house deposit is sealed with the agency, so the system is to pay the person leaving their deposit back, then you get paid your deposit back when you leave. Bills are approx 60 a month but varies between summer and winter.


We are two girls who have met and lived together in the house for several years, an architect (32) and stylist (29). We are both outgoing and definitely share an interest in the world and whats going on around us, whether thats cinema, books, style, art or music. To combine our interests would cover a huge spectrum eclectic gigs, record collecting, late night dancing, yoga classes, health/ fitness vibes, cooking, new restaurants, new exhibitions, work dedication and general hackney wandering to name but a view

We definitely have our own interests, routines and social circles, but will also join forces for whatever catches our eye. I guess the point for us is to find people who want to treat this place as a home and contribute/ bring good energy with them. We are used to a very relaxed vibe and respect everyones own space and time, but ultimately we just dont want to share a house with people who wouldnt want to share a coffee/ drink/ meal from time to time.


It has always been a 2 guy/ 2 girl balance but we are open to changing this if the right person is interested.
