We have a beautiful fully furnished double room plus workspace room (entire ground floor) for a long let in the area of Mile End in our Victorian house.

The space was the existing livingroom of the house that has been reconverted to a huge room with two divided spaces, that would work perfectly for someone that works from home and needs a studio space, or someone that has a huge closet!

It has a king size bed, plenty of storage and its really bright... the pictures talk by themselves but it is worth seeing it in person.

The room is available from the 1st of March, and the rent is 890pcm plus bills, that add up around 90 a month. Deposit is 725 pounds.

We have a cozy living room with an open plan kitchen, a really lovely garden and the house has two bathrooms.

House is super well located, just 5 minutes away from Mile End station, that has 3 of the most handy tube lines - one of them Central line that operates 24h! Close to the lovely Victoria park and Regents canal.

We have a Tesco 5 min distance walk, and a 24h COOP supermarket also really closeby.

We are looking for an easy going person (No couples, sorry!), full time worker or postgraduate student, that loves living in a quiet house - we all are three spanish girls, full time workers (creative and hospitality industries) and we enjoy our quiet space!
