Hello there,

We have a room to rent and are looking for a new flatmate.

WHAT

A single room available in a very sunny warehouse in Seven sisters.

Rent is 500 a month ( excluding bills)

The room is furnished. There is also a huge Kitchen/ dining space, very convenient for hosting dinners or just relaxing.

A bathroom with a tub plus all usual appliances ( washing machine, kettle, microwave, etc ) and commodities ( central heating, internet, phone).

There is also the possibility of parking space in the private court.

WHERE

The house is inside a secure and gated private court on Fountayne Rd, just off Broad Lane in Seven sisters. There is a growing community of designers, photographers, artists in the area.

With plenty of small shops in the neighbourhood and a retail park around the corner( Asda, Argos, Lidl, PC world, B&Q, Tesco, etc) the shopping is easy to do.

There is also an IKEA two bus stops away.

Very well connected to the the city centre or South London by the Victoria line, and with plenty of buses going East, towards Shoreditch and Old Street day and night ( 76, 243, 149) , to Stoke Newington (76, 73) and overground direct to Liverpool St !

For holidays of business trips a direct train to Stansted Airport stoping just 5.minutes away, and can take you to the airport in 30 min.

WHO

Looking for a professional who would like to live in a calm and clean house. Someone that is independent but enjoy also to share the occasional dinner with friends.

No pets unfortunately as I am allergic.

You'll be sharing with a designer, and a couple (teacher assistant/graphic designer)

WHEN

The room is available from the 12th January You will need to pay as in any other place, one month deposit + one month rent in advance when you move in.
