Sadly our flatmate is leaving the house and great flat share. Therefore a bedroom in our light and a quiet house is waiting for a new resident. It consists of a spacious kitchen and a separate living room with a sweet backyard. In the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The whole house is newly refurbished.

The vacated bedroom is the smallest of the three, but we are ready to swop it with a larger one for the newcomer.

All bedrooms are very cosy, light and fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a drawer and a cupboard.

The house is located just off Brick Lane, few meters away from the Sunday market and short walk from Columbia Road flower market. Perfect location!

You would be sharing with Marco, a 33-year-old architect and Max, also a 27-year-old writer. We are both uncomplicated and easy going. They all have their own lives but enjoy having a chat and a glass of wine whenever we can.

Bills include the following approx.:

Gas/electricity: 30 p/m

Internet: 8 p/m

Water: 12 p/m

Council Tax: 45 p/m

Cleaner: 25 p/m
