Flatmate wanted in a fantastic split-level flat in Newington Green. A big kitchen with all mod cons, large communal living room, 42" TV, broadband, phone line, etc, as well as a small but cute balcony. This is a lovely bright flat, with all fixtures and fittings in good condition. Double glazed throughout so lovely and warm in the winter.

A friendly landlord who is quick to sort out any problems.

The room on offer is a small-ishdouble , it has a double bed and a wardrobe and room for a chest of drawers and a small desk. It is bright and cosy.

The flat is non-smoking but you can use the balcony.

Location: less than 10 mins walk from Church Street with lots of great restaurants, shops and bars, 5 mins walk from Dalston - excellent transport links to Angel, Old Street, the City and Central London.

Sharing with an Italian professional, in her late thirties and a French professional in his early thirties. We are sociable and laid back.

The new flatmate would ideally be between the ages of 32-40, friendly and sociable, happy to hang out but also have their own social life. Must be very tidy and happy to take a share in keeping the flat clean.

This is not a party pad- it's a home, so friends are of course welcome as long as we respect each other ( and as long as we give the heads up to each other too :-)

Rent is 545 plus bills (which approximately come to around 90 - 100 per month depending on time of year. They are not a fixed amount , they fluctuate)
