Flatshare Description***ROOM AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY***
We are renting out a lovely, good sized double room in our flat on Stoke Newington Church Street. It's a furnished double for single use, bright and very quiet. Rent is 500 per month plus 50-60ish on bills depending on the season. A month deposit is required.
We are also happy to let it for short terms, for 130 per week all inclusive.
If you know the area, you know it's a real bargain. Church Street ha a village vibe, it's full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, and at walking distance from Dalston, Canonbury and Arsenal.
There's plenty of day and night buses running just outside our door (73, 476, 393, 141, 341, 106, 67, 76, 242...)
We are four, very chilled professionals - Jgor, works in music management; Giorgia, UX researcher; Angela, occupational therapist; Greiss, architect - and we're looking for another another sociable, non-smoking, clean and reliable person preferably in their 30s. Our interests range from music to festivals, crafts, yoga, theatre, cooking.
The flat is tiny but cute - there's wooden flooring throughout, a kitchen with all the standard facilities, separate toilet and bathroom. There's no living room, hence the price, but we do hang out in the cosy kitchen for food and drinks and chats whenever we can.
***It's available now and viewings are happening this week so please get in touch asap if interested.***
Please reply telling us a bit about yourself - job, hobbies anything you like!
Were looking forward to meeting you :-)
