Flatshare DescriptionHi there,
We have 1 room free in our 3 bed house in Stokey available from the End of December or Early January 2018
About the room-
Rent- 655- Unfurnished and Slightly smaller than a double bedroom but fits a double bed in easily ( see images attached). Gets loads of natural light and is perfect for one person. You have a large double closet near the door of the room which is very useful.
Bills- The bills work out to roughly 80-90 per month payable on the 21st of every month.
Deposit- the deposit is one month's rent that's payable to the person moving out.
Both rooms are unfurnished except for small bits of furniture but you would need your own bed + mattress!
About the house- Its a victorian terraced house set over two floors with a fairly large garden (needs to be cleared before the spring) at the back which is a sun trap in the summer months. We have a bright and spacious living room as the pictures show you and an open plan kitchen.
It's just off Stoke Newington high street/ Kingsland road and within a few minutes of walking you can get buses/ overground to anywhere in London.
There are loads of shops, cafes and bars in the area and its just basically a nice area to live in!
Housemates- Looking to build a fairly social household where people hang out, chat, eat together at times but also respect everyone else's space and privacy. We've also kept the house very clean over the last few years so i'm hoping to continue with that trend! In short, someone who's going to treat this like a home!
Room 1- I'm a 29 year old guy originally from India and i've lived in Senegal and Guinea before moving to London 5 years ago of which the last 3 have been at this house. I work in technology in the City and work fairly normal hours and i'm out most weekends.
Room 2- Ana & Bastiaan who are a Portuguese- Dutch couple and have been living here for the past 6 months. Ana works with Startups in London fields and Bastiaan is doing his PhD at the LSE. Bas is potentially moving away in February so realistically there will be 3 of us in the house.
We're all fairly easy going , enjoy cooking, a chat, a drink and a shared meal ever so often. We also respect each other's space and while we do have friends/partners/ guests visiting it is within reason and we make sure that everyone else is aware of it. In short, we are looking for someone who will treat this like a home and ideally live here for atleast a year.
Dec 3rd onwards
Do get in touch some information about yourself if you'd like to come have a look!
