Flatshare Description

After 3 years sharing my flatmate is moving out so Im searching for a new one!

The flat is right in the middle of Dalston on the corner of a huge leafy street, far enough away from Kingsland Road to be peaceful and quiet. Its a 5 minute walk to the Overground and less than that to loads of bus routes.

Its a nice pretty flat; a huge light and airy living room with wooden floors and high ceilings, a decent sized kitchen that connects to the terrace that gets the sun until the very end of the day (the 9pm summer sunsets are great) and a decent bathroom with a good shower with strong water pressure.

The room is spacious enough with a big built in wardrobe and bed/brand new mattress provided. It has big bay windows so is flooded with light

Youd be living with me. I run an events business so am in and out a lot. I generally think sharing works best when youve got your own stuff going on but equally enjoy hanging out every now and again, having a beer, cooking etc.

A real positive of the flat is that its privately owned. The landladys are super prompt at getting stuff done and of course this means no dealing with agencies/fees etc.

Move in date can be anytime from 1st of April and commitment needs to be 12 months.

Bills are not included in the rent listed and come to a total of approx. 150 a month (includes council tax, gas and electricity and a cleaner that comes every two weeks).
