Flatshare Description

This ad is for a beautiful, large south-facing room on the first floor of a Victorian house in a quiet street in Crouch End. The room has white walls and fitted carpet, an excellent comfortable double bed, antique mahogany wardrobe plus an ornate sideboard used as a cupboard / chest of drawers. There are also a pine table and chair, a comfortable armchair, lamps, etc.

You would be sharing with two other women aged 25 and 36, both graduates, both with arts degrees, one in costume design and history and the other specialising in photography. The house is quiet and clean, with a smallish shared kitchen and a fabulous new bathroom with bath tub and shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. There is a washing machine and other utilities such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cooking pots, kettle, etc.

There is WIFI broadband and landline (with a 100 minutes free monthly call allocation). There is no shared sitting-room but the room itself is very spacious and comfortable.

Easy walking distance or bus ride away is Crouch End village with all its restaurants, cafs, cinemas and shops etc., a vibrant, interesting area. The nearest underground station is Finsbury Park, 12 minutes walk or 5 mins by bus. Harringay overground is within easy walking distance and connects to the city and north towards Welwyn, plus Crouch Hill overground station connects to Gospel Oak and to Barking. The W5 stops at the end of the road and goes to Archway and to Haringey Green Lanes.

The room would suit a professional working female, non smoking only, approximately aged between 24 and 36. The current occupants (aged 30 and 36) are friendly and independent, considerate and quiet. This is not a party house more a beautiful sanctuary to come home to.

All bills are included in the rent. References required. 650 deposit + one month's rent in advance. Please contact Alicia on 07963620191
