Flatshare Description

Hello there,

We have a lovely bright double room available in a friendly flatshare in a brilliant location - WC1, less than 10 mins' walk to Angel, Russell Square, Farringdon, King's Cross and Grays Inn Road. It is an insanely good location on a beautiful quiet street on the edge of Bloomsbury.

The rent is extremely low for this area, only 620 per month, and that's inclusive of council tax. Bills are separate, and come to roughly 60 per month.

The room is large (by London standards), with a double bed and a large windows. It also has an absolutely massive cupboard so storage is no problem. Honestly, it's huge. The flat is 4 bedrooms, and has 2 loos, big kitchen, separate living room and outdoor garden area.

We are a two girls and a guy in marketing, IT and journalism and we're looking for another guy to join us. Sorry, ladies!

We're ideally looking for a guy 30+ years old, professional and looking for a real home in London, not just somewhere to stay for a while. This is a lovely flatshare and we enjoy living here, so we want someone we can be friends with, who's up for going for a beer on occasion and, most importantly of all, is considerate, tidy and super laid-back.

If this sounds like you, please do get in touch! Last time we had a room free in this flat, we got quite a few emails about it, so to make it a bit easier for us, it would be great if you could send us some details about you, what you're into, etc!

Many thanks and good luck finding the perfect flat.
