Flatshare DescriptionLarge double room in an amazing warehouse conversion. The room is 16.5ft x 10ft and is furnished with a double bed frame, wardrobe, small chest of drawers - all can stay or go.
Sharing with one guy - web engineer/app developer, and one girl - a canadian/british project manager (both mid 30's). We are happy to share a glass of wine when we are home together, but are fairly independent too and do our own thing most of the time.
There is a big lounge connected to a fully fitted kitchen and we are always happy to talk and hang out in the common area, but leave each other be when we are in our rooms, so there is a good mix of feeling like it's a home, but having privacy whenever you wish.
The recently renovated building heats up well in the winter and is full of friendly 25-45's which lends to a nice atmosphere.
We're fairly quiet during the week, and do most of our partying outside the flat (we are just steps away from shacklewell arms), but we are open to having people around too.
There is a power shower with hot water a plenty, and bicycle storage.
We are a really happy house, and we want to find someone who is easy-going, but mindful and can fit into the flat as easily as we did. If it sounds like this might be the right place for you, please get in touch telling us a bit about yourself, what you like to do and the sort of home you are looking for.
Rent is 920 per month, including all bills (130 - water, council tax, phone, unlimited broadband, gas, electricity, as well as a cleaner once a week).
6 weeks deposit / no couples / no pets please.
We'd love for you to stay for at least a couple of months, but would happily have you stay longer if that's what you're looking for (minimum two months).
