Flatshare Description

With loads of character, this is a beautiful 105 year old flat with high ceilings, large windows and wooden floors throughout - a great place for someone looking to really have a home - not just a place to stay.

This large double room is quiet, being at the back of the property away from the road, and has tons of storage, including under the bed (a Warren Evans kingsize with a mattress topper for a great nights' sleep).

A 3-minute stroll to Finchley Central tube station, you can be in Camden in 13 minutes, Kings Cross in 18 and Old Street in 23, and the road links are great too - as the North Circular, A1 and M1 are all less than a 5-minute drive away.

With Waitrose and a library across the road, Sainsbury and a pharmacy less than a 60-second walk away, a wonderful and friendly local cafe just downstairs - and a decent pub (that does the most amazing Sunday roast for only 10.50) about 30 seconds away, you're in a great location!

You'd be living with a writer and researcher, a tabletop gaming nerd, and she bakes the best chocolate brownies. Note that those are her words, not mine, I'd demand a test batch or two if I were you. ;-)

The price includes fixed costs (rent, weekly cleaner, broadband and TV licence).

Excluded is electric, gas and water, which come to approx. 25 per person monthly, plus council tax approx. 45 per person monthly.

Available ASAP, let me know if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Thanks for looking,

Brian
