Hi all, we have a double room available straight away (but we are flexible on this) in a very spacious flat in NW (zone 2).

About the flat: spacious and fully furnished, with a massive and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, large living room and lots of storage place.

About the room: double bed (with mattress), wardrobe, in-built cupboard with shelves, mirror and was recently redecorated.

About the housemates: a male and a female in late 30's.

RENT: 480 per month + bills.

We've been living here for a few years now and you'd be joining us on the lease for a minimum of 6 months & always open to renewal; there's a standard deposit to pay and a one off agency fee.

Area: quiet neighborhood, 5 mins walk to Willesden green tube station - jubilee line - and to Cricklewood train station, within walking distance to shops, gyms and bus stops. There is also a beautiful park 5 min walk from the house.

About you: male/female, clean and considerate, mature/Phd students considered.

Unfortunately the landlord will not accept DSS, children or pets.
