The flat is set less than 150m from both Mornington Crescent and Camden Town stations and, it goes without saying, there is plenty of restaurant, bar, pub, supermarket choices. The property boasts a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge with wooden flooring, three double bedrooms, one modern fully fitted bathroom, one additional toilet (with sink), private rear facing terrace and new double glazed windows throughout.

The double room is furnished, bright and recently renovated to high standard. The kitchen is modern and comes with everything you need, it opens on a spacious luminous living area.

You will be sharing the flat with two friendly European in their early 30's. We are really laid back and easy going (and when we say that, we mean it!!) but most importantly we are looking for someone like us. Our ideal flatmate would be a relaxed and sociable professional (so that we can share the council tax) who is considerate about the flat cleanliness.

The rent is 720 per month bills excluded (they are usually around 75 per month and include internet, electricity, water and council tax) and we are planning to get cleaning service every two weeks. The deposit is 1100.
